My Fall & Holiday Family mini sessions sell out fast, so this year I’ve opened up more dates and NEW LOCATION, as I adore my repeat clients who wait all year for this! Studio Session style is ” modern + classic + timeless ” if you are looking for something different this year, a studio session is a perfect option for you! These shorter sessions are perfect for busy families who are ready to update their family portraits or create stunning 2021 Holiday Cards.
Fall & Holiday Family Mini Sessions will be held at my studio and outdoor locations here in the beautiful, Bay Area, East Bay, South Bay, and San Francisco, we have so much to choose from that there is surely something that fits your family-style!
Please Check out my location guide for sample photos from each location and reserve your session from the calendar below! Most of the outdoor sessions are scheduled in September & October before the rainy season starts! Only Fall color sessions are in November and they are mostly scheduled on weekdays (when local schools have short schedules and Fridays) to avoid a large crowd on weekends on those fall color locations.
It is very important to me that clients have a printed memory on their wall to enjoy and cherish for many years, therefore, my fall & holiday mini includes professional prints! Professional prints make a great gift for grandparents and family members as well!

Due to time constraints, mini-sessions are not available for babies under 4 months old or a family larger than 5. Please schedule a regular family session for newborn and large family/ extended family portraits. If you would like to do an outfit change, customize a session, have multiple kids age under three, if your child is super camera shy, sessions in Napa, Golden Gate Bridge, other locations that are not covered in a mini session, please schedule a regular family session for more time and flexibility. Turn around time & products
You will receive your private online gallery in 1-2 weeks, an online gallery is hosted for 2 weeks and you will receive your prints order in 1-2 weeks. Purchased Digital files will be available to download right after the order is completed.
**Digital Holiday Card is a web-sized digital card (not recommended for printing) for you to share on Christmas by email / social media. I will customize your card with your favorite image from purchased digital files with the below overlay (I will have new ones, too!). Aren’t they super cute? This digital holiday card has been SO POPULAR and I see them posted all over on social media on Christmas day! Your customized digital card will be e-mailed to you in the first week of December for you to share**
**Custom Mobile App is a digital photo album that you can take with you on the go and easily let you share your beautiful photos with your friends and family! Purchased digital files will be added to the mobile app. You can download your Mobile App to your phone and tablet! It’s really cute and my clients LOVE it!
**Online card ordering gallery through minted.com. Minted.com is an online card printing site and offers beautiful and high-quality holiday cards. Your purchased digital files will be uploaded to minted.com website by me for your convenience! All you have to do is pick your favorite design and your holiday cards are done. How easy is that??
*Professional Prints start from $45 ~. Digital file Package starts from $350~. ( 10 for $350, 20 for $450~). All digital files are high resolution, individually retouched, ready to share with friends and family, and create beautiful Holiday cards!

Payment of session fee is due upon booking to secure your spot. Deposit is non-refundable should you cancel but is it transferable to another date you wish to amend your booking. $25 fee will apply for rescheduling within 10 days of the session date. In the event of adverse weather, sessions will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. You will receive an email with the exact meeting location 3 days before your session date. Please add my email address, Aikacardinphotography1@gmail.com to your address book/ contact list so that my email will go to your inbox, not the junk/ spam folder. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after the booking is completed, please check your junk/spam folder.
No substitution of products in mini session package and all products and package prices are non-negotiable. Mini Session is a special promotion and you can not combine it with any other offer, etc.
