2023 Fall & Holiday Mini Session in San Francisco, East Bay, and South Bay!
They’re HERE! I am finally ready to announce my most anticipated sessions of the year. Fall & Holiday Family mini sessions sell out fast, so this year, I’ve opened up more dates and NEW LOCATIONS, as I adore my repeat clients who wait all year for this! These shorter sessions are perfect for busy families ready to update their family portraits and create stunning 2023 Holiday Cards.
Fall & Holiday Family Mini Sessions will be held outdoors in the beautiful Bay Area, East Bay, South Bay, and San Francisco. We have so much to choose from that there is surely something that fits your family style!
Please Check out my location guide for sample photos from each location and reserve your session from the calendar below! Most outdoor sessions are scheduled in September & October before the rainy season starts! Only Fall color sessions are in November, and they are mostly scheduled on weekdays (when local schools have short schedules and Fridays) to avoid a large crowd on weekends in those fall color locations.
It is very important that clients have a printed memory on their wall to enjoy and cherish for many years. Therefore, my fall & holiday mini includes professional prints! Professional prints make a great gift for grandparents and family members as well!

Due to time constraints, mini-sessions are not available for babies under four months old or a family larger than five people. Please schedule a regular family session for newborn and large family/ extended family portraits. If you would like to do an outfit change, customize a session, have multiple kids under three, if your child is super camera shy, or any other locations not covered in a mini session, session at your home, please schedule a regular family session for more time and flexibility. Turnaround time & products
You will receive your private online gallery in 1-2 weeks, an online gallery is hosted for two weeks, and your prints order in 1-2 weeks. Purchased Digital files will be available to download after the order is completed.
**Custom Mobile App is a digital photo album on the phone that you can bring on the go and quickly let you share your beautiful photos with your friends and family! Purchased digital files will be added to the mobile app. You can download your Mobile App to your phone and tablet! It’s really cute, and my clients LOVE it!
*Professional Prints start from $45 ~. Digital file Package starts from $395~. ( 10 for $395, 20 for $495~). All digital files are high resolution, individually retouched, and ready to share with friends and family and create beautiful Holiday cards!

Repeating family session clients will receive additional two digital files with the purchase of a digital package!

Payment of the session fee is due upon booking to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel, but is it transferable to another date you wish to amend your booking. A $25 fee will apply for rescheduling within ten days of the session date. In the event of adverse weather, sessions will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. You will receive an email with the meeting location 3 days before your session. Please add my email address, Aikacardinphotography1@gmail.com, to your address book/ contact list so that my Email will go to your inbox, not the junk/ spam folder. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after completing the booking, please check your junk/spam folder.
No substitution of products in the mini-session package, and all products and package prices are non-negotiable. Mini Session is a special promotion; you can not combine it with any other offer.
