I LOVE going to client's house for newborn session and capture their sweet moments with their new addition to the family. Newborn stage is so precious and special and also flies by so quickly. That's why you want to set aside the time to document this special moments. Caitlin was 5 days old when I photographed her. She is so beautiful and I really enjoyed meeting her! Mom had cute butterfly prop and hat ready for Caitlin, aren't they so cute?? Lots of images from this session is going to be displayed at their house as framed prints and also beautiful canvases and I can't wait to see them! Thank you mom and dad for letting me capture this precious time of your family! I hope to see you again at Caitlin's next milestone!

Introducing my baby girl, Erika! She arrived 2 weeks early on May 31st. My son, Leo was 2 weeks late so I really wasn't expecting her to arrive any earlier than due date of June 13th.... I was at the park in Alamo for playdate with Leo's friends and I was feeling contraction, getting stronger and stronger. I remember mentioning to my mommy friend " I think I'm having a baby tomorrow! " After 26 hours of labor, Erika arrived! While I was at hospital, I was thinking about Erika's newborn portraits, since she came 2 weeks early, I wasn't ready at all, I haven't ordered the prop I wanted to use... Erika was having trouble gaining back to birth weights so we were back in hospital everyday for weight check and to see a Dr. 1 week passed by, 2 weeks passed by.... I usually suggest my clients to do newborn photos when baby is 5-10 days old but I wasn't physically ready at all ;-( I finally picked up my camera when Erika was 15days old! She passed the sleepy stage and was more alert. I started the portraits with her big brother, Leo which I LOVED photographing them together! then with her daddy, finally some with me ( yes, my husband took some pictures for me! ) This newborn stage is so special and passes by so quickly, these tiny feet, hands, big yawn, you want to remember all these precious…

Emiri, she is one of the cutest baby I've ever photographed! I know Emiri's mom for more than 6 years now. We became friends when we both lived in New York City and we had so much fun together, traveling, shopping, dining, concerts, etc, everything NYC offers, we did it together. What a great memories! Time flies by and now I have almost 4years old son and she just welcomed her first baby girl, last December. I was so excited to photograph Emiri's 3 months old portraits. First we headed to Koishikawa Kourakuen in Tokyo for cherry blossom. At age 3 months old, there are lots of break during the session, feeding, changing, and sometime baby falling asleep... ;-) Those are all cute and precious moments and I'm here to capture all of them ;-) We were able to create sweet portraits with cherry blossoms and more at home. I'll be photographing Emiri throughout this year and can't wait for a next session. Next one is when she is sitting up on her own! I love the Spring in Tokyo! One of my favorite! This one is displayed in her living room! Love this one! So sweet.... Mom requested to photograph while she is feeding. This is such a special moments and I wish I have pictures like this with my son!!!
