Time flies by and look how big Lila is! At her newborn session, we used red flower for her newborn portrait and mom wanted to keep " red theme" for this 8 months old session, too. She had this beautiful red dress and she looked so adorable in it ♥ I love photographing this age. They are so smiley ! Her both grandparents joined for the session, too and we had lots of fun together! I really do love having grandparents in the session. The way they look at their grandkids are just so sweet and special ;-) We enjoyed exploring, bubble, splashing water, throwing rocks.. etc. Thank you for letting me capture this special moments for your family! I LOVE every single image from this session. The weather has been very nice and I love photographing baby outside in basket ;-) I had this set up ( the first image) in mind for a long time and now finally I was able to do it! I set up little flower garden in my backyard just to create this image and I loved the result! Baby is only small and able to pose like this in first 2 weeks, so if you are interested in newborn session, please contact me before you have a baby so that I can reserve the spot for you! Jerrica even showed us some smiles during the session ;-)You can already tell that she is going to be a gorgeous girl! Jerrica signed up on my baby collection and I'm looking forward to photographing her again at 6 months and 1 year old! Enjoy your precious pictures, mom and dad!

Love Love Love Love this session. This is my third time photographing Varela family. First time was last Summer for their family session, second time was maternity session in early Spring and now with their new addition to their family, Mateo! Isn't he just beautiful? Mom and Dad requested to do a family newborn session outside so we headed to this beautiful park in Livermore. Nice soft lighting was just perfect for Mateo's newborn portraits. I also love the one of him holding up his face, this is one of mom and dad's favorite and it was used on his baby announcement cards ;-) I'm so glad that they signed up for a baby collection because I get to photograph again at 6months and 1 year old ;-) Enjoy the pictures, mom and dad!
