Northgate High School Senior Session | Trey’s Studio Shoot in Downtown Walnut Creek I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Trey, a Northgate High School senior, at the Aika Caridn Photography Studio in downtown Walnut Creek. This session was especially meaningful for me—Trey has played volleyball with my son on the Northgate Volleyball team, so I’ve had the joy of watching him as a great athlete and an incredible young man. From the second Trey stepped into the studio, his energy filled the room. He’s the kind of person who brings an easy confidence and positivity to everything he does, and that made the session both relaxed and incredibly fun. Trey has a natural presence in front of the camera—authentic, expressive, and always willing to try something new. His great personality shines through in every frame, making my job behind the lens effortless. Shooting in-studio gave us the perfect clean, modern backdrop to highlight Trey’s style and charisma. We played with different lighting setups and poses, keeping the session dynamic and creative. Whether he was giving me his serious “athlete intensity” look or flashing his trademark smile, Trey made every shot a standout. As he gets ready to step into his next chapter after Northgate High School, I’m so excited to see what he accomplishes.
