Happy August! I hope you're enjoying a fantastic summer! I just returned from a fun-filled Mother & Son trip to Las Vegas! We went to Back Street Boys Concert at the Sphere (absolutely incredible!), explored the breathtaking Antelope Canyon (a longtime dream of mine!), and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Giada—my favorite Food Network star chef. It was a quick 2.5-day getaway, but I loved every minute of it! My kids just started school today! My son, Leo, is a junior in high school, and my daughter, Erika, is starting middle school—a huge milestone for her!
