Sweet Lila 9 days old, Benicia, East Bay San Francisco newborn photographer

Isn't she just beautiful? Baby girl, Lila came to my studio last week for her newborn portraits. She has 2 order brother and sister and they were both so gentle with their baby sister ;-) We've got lots of adorable images and I'm so happy the way everything turned out. Lila signed up for baby collection so I will be photographing her when she is able to sit up in around 7 months then when she starts walking around 1 year old. I love baby collection babies because I get to watch and document how they grow up through my lens ;-) I was over their house yesterday and we decided to create a " family memory wall" where we are going to add couple gallery canvases from each session to their dining room wall. I'm so excited and it's going to be a beautiful. I can't wait to for a next session!

Sakura Gakuen, Mochi-Making Party 2012

I had an opportunity to photograph "Mochi-Making-Party" at Sakura Gakuen in Pleasanton. Sakura Gakuen is a Japanese Language School for children and my son just started taking classes here. It's challenging to teach kids Japanese culture when you live in U.S but after attending this Mochi-Making Party, I thought Sakura Gakuen is a wonderful place to learn not only language but also culture. I'm so excited that my son goes to this school and it was lots of fun to photograph this special event!
