T family maternity family session at Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco : San Francisco maternity and family photographer

Maternity session at Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. What a beautiful place , I love the architecture and color and it creates a beautiful backdrop for photo session. I photographed T family last December at their beautiful house in South Bay, San Francisco with mom's sister family and parents. It was such a fun extended family session.  This time, mom is expecting #2 ( It's a girl!!) and we got together for a maternity session.  Little I was just non-stop.. !!!  So, I run and follow everywhere he went ;-) Parents always surprise when I show them final images how I got beautiful images because from parents point of view, you can only see the boy was just running away from camera... !   We got lots of fun pictures and I can't wait to meet #2, a baby girl soon!!  Thank you for a fun session, T family and see you soon !!

Photo session with grandparents in Newport, Rhode Island

We visit Newport, Rhode Island every Summer to see family members. This time, my son, Leo flew solo for the first time to spend more time with grandparents and we joined them a week later.  It was a big adventure for him to fly across the country by himself and he absolutely LOVED it!  He just turned 6 years old and he is not my little boy anymore.... I'm happy but a little sad at same time... I always do a photo session with grandparents at beach every Summer to remember these precious moments. They are like best friends

Coco 5 days old. San Francisco Lifestyle Newborn Photographer

Do you remember them? Back in May, I photographed Tina for her maternity photo session at Yerba Buena Garden and Union square in San Francisco.  It was one of my favorite maternity session ever!  You can see their photos from here : http://aikacardin.com/?p=605 After 2 months later , now they are family of  " three"  . I was so excited to see them again for newborn photo session!  Their baby girl , " Coco" ( love the name! ) was 5 days old. It's such a precious time of her life.  First couple weeks flies by so quickly especially for first time parents, so I know how important it is to capture the love of family  and document all little details for them.  Enjoy the pictures, mom and dad!  Coco is absolutely beautiful !
