2026 Fall & Holiday Family Mini Session in San Francisco, East Bay, and South Bay!
They’re HERE! I am finally ready to announce my most anticipated sessions of the year. Fall & Holiday Family mini sessions sell out fast. These shorter sessions are perfect for busy families ready to update their family portraits and create stunning 2026 Holiday Cards.
Fall & Holiday Family Mini Sessions will be held outdoors in the beautiful Bay Area, East Bay, South Bay, and San Francisco. We have so many options to choose from that there is surely something to suit your family’s style!
Please check out my location guide for sample photos from each location, and reserve your session on the calendar below! Most outdoor sessions are scheduled in September & October before the rainy season starts! Only Fall color sessions are scheduled in November, and they are mostly held on weekdays (when local schools have shorter schedules) and on Wednesdays to avoid large crowds on weekends at those fall color locations.
It is very important that clients have a printed memory on their wall to enjoy and cherish for many years. Therefore, my fall and holiday mini includes professional prints that make great gifts for grandparents and other family members as well!

Due to time constraints, mini-sessions are not available for babies under four months old or for families larger than five people. Please schedule a regular family session for newborn and large-family/extended-family portraits. If you would like to do an outfit change, customize a session, have multiple kids under three, if your child is extremely camera shy, or if you’d like to hold a session at a location not covered in a mini session, or a session at your home, please schedule a regular family session for more time and flexibility. Additional professional prints and a digital file package are available for purchase. *Professional Prints start from $45 ~. The digital file Package starts from $395~. ( 10 for $395, 20 for $495~). Prints are only available as an add-on to the digital package. $50 product credit toward prints and a digital file package!

Turnaround time & products
You will receive your private online gallery within 1-2 weeks. The online gallery will be hosted for two weeks, and your print order will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Purchased Digital files will be available to download after the order is completed.
**The Custom Mobile App is a digital photo album on your phone that you can take with you on the go and quickly share your beautiful photos with friends and family! **Purchased digital files will be added to the mobile app. **You can download the mobile app to your phone and tablet. ** It’s really cute, and my clients LOVE it!

Repeating family session clients will receive an additional two digital files with the purchase of a digital package!

Payment of the session fee is due upon booking to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel, but it is transferable to another date if you wish to amend your booking. A $25 fee will be applied for rescheduling within ten days of the scheduled session date. In the event of adverse weather, sessions will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. You will receive an email with the meeting location 3 days before your session. Please add my email address, Aikacardinphotography1@gmail.com, to your address book/contact list so that my email goes to your inbox, not the junk/spam folder. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after completing the booking, please check your junk/spam folder.
There is no product substitution in the mini-session package, and all product and package prices are non-negotiable. Mini Session is a special promotion; it cannot be combined with any other offer.
