We recreated a photo from 100 years ago. I photographed G family last Spring in Walnut Creek and this time, Grandpa is in town visiting family for Christmas and he brought this photo from 100 years ago. It's a portrait of grandpa's mom and her grandma which was taken 100 years ago and grandpa wanted to recreate a photo with his daughter and his grand daughter. Mom brought in desk set and book to my studio, after making some changes in posing and lighting, we successfully recreated a portrait. These photos will be passed on to next generation and it is my honor to be a part of it! One of my favorite family to photograph! Mom is the owner of TUTU School in Walnut Creek and Montclair and I have been working with TUTU School for last couple years for their BRABO BASH recital photos and event photos! I LOVE TUTU School. Such a magical place for a little ballerina! We met at one of my favorite spot in Walnut Creek for their Holiday Family photos. I LOVE the navy and yellow theme outfits! We run around and laugh so much together and you can see that we have so much fun at photo session! My photo studio is located in downtown Walnut Creek! This is my 7th year photographing S family ! I LOVE LOVE capturing family growing up through my lens. Our first session together , Ellie, the younger daughter was in mommy's belly! Since then we did newborn session, many many milestone sessions, Holiday sessions, and First communion in Danville, Birthday parties, etc! As I spend my photo studio in downtown Walnut Creek early this year, I suggested S family to do dress up holiday family portraits at studio first then go outdoor for more Casula look. We went to Old Borges Ranch in Walnut Creek. It's a very popular photo location for children, family, engagements sessions and especially this time of the year, I see many families creating family photos for Holiday Cards there! Mom always put together the perfect outfit for family and I LOVE them! Very stylish! I can't wait for a next session in 2018!
