Isn't she beautiful? Melissa is expecting her second child in a few weeks and she requested to do her maternity session at mustard flower filed in Saint Helena which has been one of my favorite photo location in this time of the year! I love exploring and discover new photo location for each season. We had fun created beautiful images together to remember this special time of their life. I'm so excited to meet their new baby soon and can't wait for his newborn session, too! Since mom signed up for " baby collection" I will be photographing him throughout his 1st year. How fun! I really do have the best job in the world ;-) We stopped by Gott's in Napa on the way back for a dinner together. Ahi tuna burger was amazing and malt milkshake was the best! Congratulations and see you soon!! Big sister to be..... One of my favorite! Pretty! A little princess ;-)

I have been enjoying photographing Jason since he was 6 months old and he is about to turn 1 this weekend! I love watching kids grown up through my lens and document their milestone. As he is turning 1, mom requested " cake smash session" which is the option for my baby collection package for part of 1 year old portrait session. Mom told me that Jason likes Sesame Street so I arranged the cake with Elmo theme with pop and bright color from A Sweet Affair Bakery . I had so much fun watching Jason eating and playing with cake! Happy 1st Birthday, Jason and I hope you have a wonderful 1st Birthday Party!! Yay, Cake!! What a handsome boy! Eating, playing, eating, playing... And he is done ;-)

Kaira, she won my little star session at Little Sweetheart Valentine's Day event last month and it was such a perfect timing because she was turning 3 in April so we did her 3 years old portraits right away! When her mom told me what she was going to wear for a session, I started looking something pink and flower to match her outfit. And look what I found! This gorgeous cherry blossom tree ;-) Everything was just perfect, beautiful soft light, warm weather, and this pink parasol I brought back from New Orleans completed the look I was looking for. She looked so pretty in her pink dress and her princess shoes. ( that's what she called her shoes! ) She has the cutest smile, too! Mom and Dad came over to my home studio a few days ago to view the photos and they ordered gallery wrap canvases to display over their fireplace. I can't wait to deliver them final products because my canvases are the best ! Thank you, Mom and Dad! It was so much fun photographing your family!
